Vegetarian Diet

A vegetarian diet is a diet that excludes meat. It’s mostly a plant-based diet and uses alternative sources of protein other than meat. There are multiple variations of a vegetarian diet. Some still include fish, this is called a pescatarian diet.

Vegan Diet

A vegan diet completely excludes any form of animal product. It’s called veganism. Vegans don’t eat any fish, meat diary, simply no animal products.
